I like how our 3-4 looks more than how our 4-3 has played. Maybe we should switch up schemes a little to play toward players like Anderson, Carrington, and Dareus strengths?

I disagree. Williams, Dareus and Williams are the Bills three best front 7 defenders and all are a better fit in a 4-3.
