By this time in his tenure, (year 3) Marv Levy had the Bills on the way to their first AFC Championship game.

Polian had a little to do with that.

Ted Marchibroda and Walt Corey did also.

Didn't someone around here compare Fitz to Jim Kelly? So we got QB covered

Just sayin'

Keep in mind, Levy took over mid 1986, so it's really only 2 1/2 years that it took him to right the ship.

When a Coach has a plan, and the proper assistants in place, you can tell almost immediately.

For the Bills, that was Saban (X2) Knox, and Levy.

I gave Jauron 3 years just like any coach. Chan's time is running out.

if you REALLY want to give some historical perspective, how about the Bills all-time record since their existence? you can thank the Hall of Fame loser for it while he took the fans hard earned money and BOUGHT his way into Canton.

Amazing what a good front office, good coordinators, and head coaching can do.
