Keep in mind, Levy took over mid 1986, so it's really only 2 1/2 years that it took him to right the ship.
When a Coach has a plan, and the proper assistants in place, you can tell almost immediately.
For the Bills, that was Saban (X2) Knox, and Levy.Comment
