I would take a chance on a guy like Mike Leach. He is at Washington State now. We would really not be looking at any major school, they pay just as much or more then the NFL head coaching jobs now. The coach at Northwestern is a young guy, Pat Fitzgerald, I would not mind him. Bills would really be looking at some mid major coaches.Comment
