I expect a complete aerial assault today with the threat of a running game, can you say "deep post" a dozen times?? What this will do is back SF off the line & open up slot receiver lanes for FJ / CJ to be open 10-12 yards downfield. Then when SF tries to close that up, it's a mix of quick 5-7 yards outs with the threat of the WR turning back upfield for another deep pass.

Go Bills!!

The Vikings beat the Niners by running. A lot. I would hope we try the same since that is our strong point anyways.

Fitzputrid can't throw it more than 20 yards. How exactly is he going to air it out?

I'd like to see Chandler get about 3 TD's today on Whitner's ass.

He's one of my main reasons that I think we do this, he's terrible in coverage.

I'm thinking Whitner is going to go all-in and go for a knockout on Johnson or Jones.

I get the feeling Whitner has a big game :(

Great news fits will set the record for td passes in a single game if this is the case. Unfortunately most of them will go to 49ers dbs.

Deep passing plays only work to take the opponent out of the box if your QB is accurate enough to complete a few. So far we haven't seen that from Fitz.

I'm more worried about what Wannstedt is going to do with the defense, will we see them in a dime defense all game today ?
