Benjamin beats him for a TD with a post corner route even though he had single high safety support, no reason to worry about the post, Byrd is there, stay over the top. Gets beat again this week, same coverage, same route, same result.

It isn't Gilmore's fault, it's Wannstadt. Gilmore bites on the underneath out route, and that shouldn't even be one of his reads. Cover one his only responsibility should be his receiver, and that's it. These guys are the victims of piss-poor coaching, plain and simple.

We should have drafted Peterson instead of Dareus and then we wouldn't have needed to draft Williams and Gilmore.

Plus we would have a hell of a lot better player.

Still needed another corner even we drafted Peterson, no one else on this roster. You want McGee or Rogers starting?

Simple. Re-sign Florence. Done.

You're welcome, now we would have two draft picks to pick other players to help the team elsewhere.

Peterson who has struggled at CB his entire rookie year and Florence who got beat consistently? That wouldn't save us much at all.

So we replaced Florence by 2 other guys who get beat consistently instead? Peterson actually made some plays last year as well as this.

And Gilmore has made a few as well. I never said we got better, you were the one presenting the argument that we could of saved draft picks, which is not true.

Williams is just awful, in all facets. I can't believe they drafted him.

They didn't throw at Gilmore much which says most of the time he is playing good.
