Chan needs to fire wannstedt and promote bob sanders first then he needs to bench Fitz and put tarvaris in. If they are still awful at the end of the year he should be fired. Firing Chan in the middle of the season will help no one. Only makes us feel better. He should have been fired at the end of last year when they lost 8 out of their 9 games.
