All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Not that it matters, but it sure looks like Fitz was either tipped or unable to complete his motion. The read was good, the route was good, the WR is open... and so was the CB
Like Solomon said at the time 99% of the QB's throw that ball to the back pylon so it's the receivers or no ones. Either Fitz under threw it by about 12 yards or maybe it was tipped. If so then it's still an issue because he's had about 15 tipped balls this season.
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
You guys, the solution is so simple. Find the crazy kids who are shooting up the schools and have them shoot people getting off planes from West Africa.
No more school shootings, no more Ebola.
Obama would have thought of this already if he wasn't a pinko commie Nazi queer-loving wetback-loving Kenyan Indonesian Muslim.

I think underthrowing it by 12-15 yards (with air) is a worse problem. One problem can be solved by a better RT the other one can't.

I just watched it on Game rewind and it was not tipped. He was falling backwards when he threw it, I'm not sure why, the defender was close, but Fitz did not have to fall backwards, it was like he was throwing up a fade away jumper. His mechanics and footwork remain terrible. Hiring QB coach David Lee has done nothing to help Fitz, he still continues to throw off his back foot or heave it like a shot-put. It does seem like he has a lot of passes tipped at the line but according to the stats there have only been 4 this season. The one stat that sticks out the most to me, is the percentage of incompletions due to poor throws, at 50.8% it is the highest in the league. Over 21% of his pass attempts are poor throws.
The stats I used can be found at, http://stats.washingtonpost.com/fb/p...id=7426&team=2
They have pretty good stats on all players. Click on players and you can check stats by position.
