It's time to stop thinking we're going somewhere, the defense is a joke & well overpaid with the coaches. Gut the team & ship the supposed talent out for draft picks m:

No one is off the table:

Byrd = First Rounder - The Raiders / Lions look like players for him.

Dareus = Third rounder - Packers

Mario Williams = Second rounder - Packers

Tell the staff that their services are no longer needed & put the assistant in a trial basis.

We need a new owner as well as a GM, lets not forget about a free state-sponsored stadium.

Cold water splashing sound, ahh that's better.

So we get more talent by getting rid of our current talent and hoping that we improve our ability to draft talent? Sounds like an awful idea.

Can we trade for some better coaches instead?

i would be all for this because on a noraml team it would mean the GM/President had seen enough and was getting ready to start over.

i'm not against starting over, but it would need to happen now, and frankly nix's drafts have been as bad as jauron.s

Can we trade for some better coaches instead? Unfortunately, after the Jon Gruden incident, no.

Should have kept Moorman. Even though I absolutely think 25 yard punts are fabulous, just saying...
