...Which NFL Team Would Be Supportive of a Head Coach With Approx. 3 Year Record of 16-32?


Now we find out Chan has a 4 year contract and not the typical 3 year NFL initial HC contact.

How unattractive is this Bills organization that they have to give a guy fired early in the season from the KC OC position a 4 year contract to be promoted to a HC position?

Think about that you homer-sexuals.

Chan is currently 13 - 26 as our HC.

I liberally gave him 3 more wins this year to get to 16-32 this year.

How can you possibly defend him?

If Ralph was a real and alive NFL owner, Chan would be fired at season's end.

Unfortunately, like Ralph (and because of Ralph) we are on life support.

I hate what Ralph has ***** slapped us to become as fans.

He is a great coach. Just ask Buddy Nix and X-Era LOL. The rest of the NFL didn't think he was good enough to offer a job to after being fired after two seasons but he must be good if Buddy and X says so.

I'm not sticking up for the franchise since I'm just as disappointed, but maybe this is what Buddy was talking about with the "3 years and we appease the fans" thing. Chan is a game below .500 so we should gut the team. Again. And maybe find a coach that has a recognizable name... who won't come here. Again. 2 of the 3 aspects of the game are great on this team, we need to repair one, so let's bring in a defensive minded head coach, and then we'll run him out of town in 3 years when the offense can't score.

2-12 in the division...at best, 4-14 by year end.
