Lots more needed (ex.get 2 CB's in middle rounds of draft) but you can go a long way if you get serious about these 3 mentioned.

Unfortunately, it's the Bills who always know better..:(

Add an additional WR, and some OLB help as well. We need more weapons on both sides of the ball.

It starst with Coaching. We have some talent on the team now, and they just can;t get in done. Prime example is the Saints, look what their team looks like without their head coach

we just need game changing linebackers. i bet that there are DB's who can play on this team...look at the plays that are happening. QB's with all day. they scored a touchdown on one of the longest developing plays in the world with a QB throwing across the length of the field. That is embarassing.

god help us if we draft another DB.

and did anyone watch Geno smith do nothing to an unrated TCU? the bills will draft him. he is a project. we will roll with fitz, we will be set back another 5 years.

New owner.

Until that happens we are just fooling ourselves.

I agree with all three and the cb's.....but lets get a nasty SS or play searcy as well

Give me a real TE to compliment chandler in the red zone

Front office and Coaching Staff replaced

A 2nd WR with size and speed

Impliment a nasty Def..not a bend but dont break or crappy zone scheme....live and die attacking the QB, RB and Wr's that have the ball...take a personal foul once in awhile make teams pay for going over the middle...**** talk some trash after you make a play

THis team is BOIRING and SOFT and coached by out of date coachs with schemes that had them fired from college...

Show some Balls Ralph

Geno Smith is not the beginning and end of the QB pool.

4-5 QB's will be selected in Round 1. Barkley of USC, Wilson of Arkansas, Bray of Tenn., Manuel of Fla St. and more..

New owner. Maybe that is what this team is waiting for but wont talk about. A new owner at some point soon is all but inevitable. A new owner almost certainly means change, and most likely a drastic one. This team maybe, is just biding its time? I'm just grasping at straws with this, but I've run out of answers for what we have as a football team. JMO

This team has a ton of needs.

QB, LT, RT, WR a couple of em, LBers three of em, CB, SS, P

That doesn't even touch on the coaching, gm, scouting.

Agreed 99% but a new QB is a must.. obvly adding a CB and LB would go a long way as well

Glenn has performed better than expected at LT IMO, and Hairston should be an upgrade over Pears...I'm not worried about the o-line. WR, CB and SS are right behind, but not as high of a priority as the three NT mentioned in his op.

We also need to draft or pick up a new LG and FS. Add that to the LB's (which BARELY see the field in this scheme), WR's (when Donald Jones has played well and people seem to forget our #2 receiver in game one of the season was lost.) and...

Not going much farther.

This team needs a new offensive coordinator who can be mentored by Chan, a new defensive coordinator, they need to draft a new stud FS, find a stop gap for Andy Levitre when he's gone, find some ****ing balls between their legs, and under a new DC the secondary and linebackers need to realize that they can attack the line of scrimmage and stop the opposition BEFORE they make a gain.

FTY I usually have no problem with your posts, but where the heck are RT and LT problems on this team? They open up massive holes in the running game and keep Fitzy on his feet. While Fitz is on his feet and misses his wide open receivers has nothing to do with the Bills line holding their own. Also, said tackles have to deal with backups at the guard positions AND injuries at said positions AND switching between starting players since the coaches can't make up their mind and when Hair is sent to LT and does well while Pears does well and when Pears gets INJURED and Hair does well there its...

You get my point. The Offensive Line is for once in many years NOT the problem with this team.

I'm not saying both LT and RT needs to be addressed. One does though.

LT is being switched up because no one is technically good enough to man it own their own - my personal opinion.

So you either go out and get a solid RT and rotate the left OR you go out and get a solid LT and stop that junk.

I'd personally rather go out and get the solid LT and move Glenn to RT. Hairston as depth.

We're going to need guards too, they're all free agents.

Going to be a crazy offseason for this team.

I highly question keeping Nix & Chan going forward. I do understand the position of constantly blowing things up and making another switch.. but I think that ship has sailed.

The key to marketing the team for ticket sales going forward is showing them something they believe will work. Fans without a proven winner buy tickets based on faith that the turnaround is NOW.

The Bills went and spent a boatload on a couple big name DE's and hired Wanny. Then they dug in with Fitz at QB. That was supposed to put us over the hump. How's that working out ?

Brandon cannot sell something that has failed for 3 years with no upside in sight, extending the streak to 13 years without a playoff game. People will no longer buy into the pretty dress on the pig.

This is a QB driven league and Nix/Chan have chosen to live and die with the limited Fitz, who allows the opposing D to dictate the game. The playcalling on both sides of the ball is without answers. The roster has little direction.

Once you lose your audience, they close down the play.

Change or become extinct.

I wonder where the team would be if we focused on offense instead of defense and didn't try a complete rehaul on D. My guess is they'd be a lot better.
