    With NFL training camps due to open later this month, Vic Carucci has put together an eight-part series highlighting how each division shapes up in the aftermath of offseason personnel moves and organized workouts. Today, the AFC North.

    Most influential offseason moves:

    New coach Marvin Lewis gives the Cincinnati Bengals as strong a leader as they've had in quite some time. He has brought a sense of accountability and purpose to the entire organization. Instead of reeling from last year's 2-14 finish, the Bengals approach camp confident and upbeat that better days are in the not-too-distant future. And with the additions of top overall draft pick Carson Palmer at quarterback and four key defensive free agents--linemen John Thornton and Carl Powell, linebacker Kevin Hardy and cornerback Tory James--that is closer to fact than fiction.
