I'm sure almost everyone wants to see the Bills run the ball more today and I'm with them, but they also need to attack through the air with more downfield passes, Fitz has only attempted 17 passes that have gone at least 20 yards in the air, completing only 4 of them. Meanwhile the Pats defense has given up 42 pass plays that have gone for more than 20 yards, 15 (maybe a couple more) that have traveled through the air for 20 yards or more. The Pats can be beat downfield, will the Bills attempt it, or will they continue with their 5 yard passing game ? Now with Easley on the roster (probably won't be activated) and TJ Graham the Bills have the receivers to stretch the field, they need to at least take some shots downfield, maybe Fitz will pull a horseshoe out of his ass and complete 1 or 2, at least it would open up the defense a little.

Yes, I am that desperate for a meaningful road win against the Patriots.

I put on my jersey today, my wife said "Oh, so you're a fan again?" I told her I've watched every game so far this year, she said "Yes, but you haven't worn a jersey in 3 weeks."

I think it's that general hatred of the Patriots that brings it out in us.

Because the carnage and destruction we are going to suffer in this game can only be paralleled by WWI and because it is Armistice Day:

In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.

We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved, and now we lie
In Flanders fields.

Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields.

Neck injury, hasn't practiced all week.

They need to put pressure on Brady, even if it means blitzing, the Bills blitz only 15% of pass plays (I came up with 10%) league average is over 30% and I'm sick of hearing Gaileys' excuse that they don't do it because the young CB's need help, I don't remember the last time I seen our CB's get any help. I also don't buy into if you blitz Brady he'll tear you apart, if you give Brady all day he'll tear you apart, he can be rattled if you pressure him. Also I don't want to see Bryan Scott out there, he is worthless against the run and has shown over and over that he can't cover Gronkowski. Crazy idea, but maybe jam Gronkowski at the line, instead of just letting him run by our LB's and Safeties. Put Jackson and Spiller out there, at least make them think you're goping to run the ball, you can always split Spiller out. I'm tempted to take AJ Graham on FF, his most targets came against NE and he was open on one, except Fitz over threw him (imagine that). Go Bills.

Why is Tavaris still inactive? Why did we waste a draft pick on bringing him here?

I was thinking the same thing after Nix said Buffalo needs to find a QB. Either Buffalo wasted a pick(most likely) or Fitz is done after this year and Jackson starts next year while a rookie learns the system.

Why are they lucky to only be down by 7, the Pats are damn lucky to be up by 7. This officiating is close to the worse I've ever seen and Gailey is doing his best Jauron imitation just standing there, not saying a word. How do you call a pass interference on a player against someone that's not the intended receiver or a PI when ball lands in the stands.
