Per Jay Glazer last night.

I'd take a shot for cheap on a two year deal. Would allow Anderson to return to the pass rush specialist role he's so good at and really gives us another good end to compliment Mario. Edwards was at his best when he wasn't being asking to become the superstar. He wouldn't need to be that here. On a cheap two year deal I'd bring him in.

Chan wouldn't activate him on gameday. He needs weeks to learn how to get tied up & miss tackles.

Too late in the year. Guys can't learn the Bills' offense or defense in less than 6 months. See Jackson, Tarvaris.
The good news is Mario is almost 6 months removed from camp & the light should be coming on any day now.

I have to believe that the real reason that they haven't activated Tarvaris is that they would have to give up a 6th round pick (instead of a 7th) if he is active for 6 games or more this season. I can't believe he's just that stupid that he can't learn the playbook.

Plus I think our defense is incredibly simple, which is why we suck at it.

Yes Merriman has been in on a lot of plays. Do you get to watch the games?

Hasn't been the same player since he injured himself a few years ago, still banked a big contract.

Definitely worth a look, have no depth at DE.
