From what I've been hearing it was just injuries. Couldn't stay healthy and only played a handful of snaps all of this season.
      Bye Bye Brady...

            Yep.

Drafted no. 4 by Seattle in 09. Considered a "safe" pick at the time.

You mean Seahawks... and he could be an upgrade if he is healthy. He did well for the Raiders last season.

A couple of leg problems. Some 'source' said he lost a step (no pun intended) and that kept him off the field.

                        Two issues:

                        1) He was over-drafted and never should have been picked as high as he was. He was drafted based on his athleticism, strength and long arms, but he doesn't rush the passer and didn't in college. As an OLB he is decent dropping in space, but he isn't instinctive. He doesn't play to his physical gifts because he isn't an instinctive football player. Not an effort issue, but he can't dominate with athleticism in the NFL like he did in college.

                        2) His knees in terrible shape. He has chronic knee wear that has limited his ability to move like he used to. He went overseas this past offseason and had that experimental stem-cell therapy that is all the rage now (see Kobe Bryant, A-Rod, Tiger Woods). He wasn't ready to start the season and was on the PUP. The Raiders activated him earlier this month, but gave up on him after only 2 weeks. His knees are likely shot.

That's too bad, I thought he was going to be a stud out of college...but what do I know?

He's worht about nothng, but a spot on the PS (if posible). He can;t stay healthy, and even when he was he didn't do much on the field. However, maybe amove to the inside LB can help him out

                              borderline pun anyways.
