    Five steps to success

    1. Fire Russ Brandon
    2. Hire Bill Polian as CEO
    3. Promote Whaley into GM role
    4. Hire Tony Dungy as Head Coach
    5. Draft Matt Barkley, Tyler Eifert and Denard Robinson

Steps 1 and 2 are vital. Without them... there is no step 4 or anything similar.

But then again... the Bills are operating under a 1 year lease extension at The Ralph next year and our owner is 93 and on a walker.

none of this is happening. No one of significance would come into this situation.

Ralph is going to die at some point and his estate will sell the Bills.

Most likely... they're as good as gone once that happens.

    reality sucks.

Is there a chance Tony Dungy would come back to coach the Bills? That's something I could get into.

This team is as good as gone. They'll win a Super Bowl in LA or Toronto 2 years after they leave just to drive the dagger deeper.
        Bye Bye Brady...

1 Step to Success: Get an Owner that cares more about fielding a competitive team than simply making as much money as possible.

I would be ecstatic if the Bills were able to get Tony Dungy to be their head coach.

Is Dungy going to bring Manning with him?

Dungy is overrated because of Manning. As a Bucs fan, we were all happy to see him leave the Bucs. Gruden with Kiffen as his DC wins the Super Bowl for the Bucs. If the Colts had better Coaching, they would have won more than one Super Bowl with Manning.

Dungy had the players in line to win them the super bowl. You think Gruden brought in the players to win that super bowl? Nope, Dungy did.

                      Gruden won with Dungy's team...especially Dungy's dominant Tampa D.

but the original poster is just a fan, we should leave the decision making up to the football guys. oh wait, we have. and they have gotten it tragically wrong every single time.

                          i like 1, 2. and 3.

not huge on Dungy. he found maddening ways to lose games. he had the best qb of all times and won only once. Granted he had to go against hte cheatriots several times during their most obvious cheating phase.
