If we are going to go the billboard route again, we might as well make it more useful. "Hey, Ralph, Fire _________ NOW!"

The blank can be a screen or digital scroll bar- anything that can be easily changed, because it won't be long before we will want to insert the names of whatever moron GM and HC Ralph hires next.
