It's all setting up the sale and move of the team. Whoever still believes in this team will have their hearts crushed so bad, that Russ and whoever will take the best buyer and us fans will not care after so many years of failure.

This is the final nail in the coffin IMO. If we had a competent assistant coach I believe Gailey would be fired tomorrow.
