How bout this? Start Tavaris Jackson next week. It's not like he can do worse. I personally have been in attendance to watch T Jax throw long TD passes. just sayin.

There's some type of performance compensation we're attempting to avoid, that's my guess.

Likely so...

If he played, he would probably rack up 6 TDs and 800 yards in two games.

Then the Bills would avoid drafting a QB and sign TJ to a huge long term contract....only to see the real TJ come to life for the next 3 seasons.... once again completing this never ending cycle of hell.

Much like his coach.

And the two guys ahead of him on the depth chart.

Why did we waste a pick on this guy if we aren't even going to dress him?

Because it's Buffalo and we do stupid things like this as a matter of routine.

The chef doesn't like the ingredients.

We're giving T-Jax the treadmill treatment.

You buy it thinking you're gonna use it, but it just winds up as a towel rack in the garage.

Smooth move, Bills!

I may not watch any of the last two games unless TJax is playing. I've seen enough of the other new/young guys over the course of this season to see what they do or could bring to the table, so really the only reason left to watch would be to see what a different guy under center is capable of.

i think if fitz was hurt for 4-6 weeks in week 4, we would hav ebeen happy to get tjax to guide us to 5-11 vs thigpen making us go 2-14...and then right about now, we'd be so pissed we didn'tjust play thigpen instead.

but good news is that the bills look to be climbing the draft ladder.

tjax may win a game simply because chan won't trust him and do nothing but run spiller. which is what we've essentially asked for since being the only bright spot in week 1.

TJax is a wild card and just might screw up our draft pick. Keep him on the bench. You're doin' a heckuva job, Gailey.

Honestly, Jackson is not that good. He would be a fine back-up, but nothing more.

He could be better than Fitzpatrick. That might win a few games. Or he could suck donkey dick. Like I said, he's a wild card. You don't know. Winning now is meaningless. If we lose out we could get us a ballin' Big 10 cornerback! Might as well stay with the proven commodity.

Dyin' with Ryan!

He doesn't know the playbook yet guys!

Then we should have opposing defenses teach him. They seem to know it better than our offense.

they're resting him. can't give him too many reps in practice might tire him too much on Gameday... warming those benches is hard work.

Can't give a player too much rest fellas.

Apparently, putting on shoulder pads is a strain too.

I hear there's a clause in the contract where Tavaris agreed that if the Bills could prevent him from taking ANY sacks all year, he would play for free. TJax got pwned by Nix!
