Bills players trying to save Gaileys job.

Pathetic. If they wanted to save his job they should have won some freakin games. Bunch of losers.

"We have had a bunch of them this year, at least three that I can think of in the fourth quarter that we just have not been able to seal the deal. I think we have made progress. I think there is a belief in this locker room.” - Fitzpatrick

No, Ryan, you have to find ways to win those games. Those three games he's thinking of, he lost by throwing interceptions. He's a stinking bum.

It's really not surprising that a bunch of street FA's and low-round draft picks are going to be very loyal to the guy that gave them a chance.

Indeed. Some of those guys want Gailey to stay because they know if a real coach comes in to Buffalo they are as good as gone.

Considering they didn't go out and intentionally try to lose games, I'm not the least bit surprised that they would come to his defense - especially the ones that were given a chance by him. Only makes sense. The bottom line is that Chan's creativity that made us somewhat interesting in year one got stale in year two and is fully outdated in year three. It can't hide Fitz's flaws anymore and everyone who plays us has three years worth of tape to know how we do things. Throw in the fact that the Stache doesn't seem to remember how to coach defense and you have all the culprits you need. Get rid of those three (or at least the coaches and find a successor at QB), and we won't have to have players defending anyone... unless of course our streak of bringing in mediocre coaches continues.

As far as I'm concerned, its too little, too late. Goodbye Gailey.

Oh, and watch the Bills lay another egg today.

And yet when a lot of us were advocating for the team to lose you were calling us non-fans. HAHAHA

Love how you flip flop on everything. At least you finally joined the rational fans.

I think everyone who is rooting for the Bills to lose is greatly overestimating their ability to draft.

No, I think you're misinterpreting why I want them to lose. You're spot on about their inability to draft, however it may force the powers that be to fire the morons that are currently running this sinking ship.

That brings us to another problem however, our inability to find someone competent to head our football operations, so I guess we're overestimating their ability to actually fix the biggest problem.

Even a blind squirrel finds a nut, so it's better than sticking with the same fools.

It shouldn't take 2 more losses to see that this staff is worthless, but I guess that's a whole different set of problems.

They're doing a great job of showing why Gailey should be fired so far today. They might like playing for him but don't fear failure.

I bet Russ Brandon won't sell out 1 game next season if Gailey is the HC, Fitz is the QB, and Wanny is the DC.
