You know what? I didn't think of this until I read these two posts, but I think this was yet ANOTHER failure to adjust by Gailey.

On the play where Chandler got hurt, he was WIDE open and probably would have gone for even more yards if his knee didn't give out. Gailey probably saw something on film that made him think Chandler could have a big day against the Fish.

Unfortunately, Chandler got hurt, and Dorin Dickerson is no Chandler. He's much smaller and less experienced. But Chan, given his complete inability to adjust, just kept attempting to force the ball to Dickerson even when it clearly wasn't working.

Boy it sucks seeing a guy I know personally getting torn apart on a Bills board... but it's completely true. Chandler was going to have a big day, so they put Dorin in (who played FB/WR/RB/LB/whatever else they wanted) in college and high school, and then was drafted as a WR by Houston. You take the behemoth Chandler out and put in an H-back to fill the void, it's not going to work, but not really Dorin's fault, it's father ****ing time on the sidelines. This isn't old time football and Dorin isn't going to come off the bench like The Ghost. Gotta send Gailey to a proctologist before he's let loose in to the real world.
