A new GM and front office staff. Russ can stay because he is a brilliant marketer and as such he should be given exclusive domain over that. However, he should have absolutely no say over personnel, financial, coaching, or anything else in football operations

A competent HC who can assemble a competent staff, and one who realizes that we have three very good rbs and as such should build an offense around them
