Gruden is a QB guy, he's not coming to B'lo without a solid QB in place.

He's a QB collector...if he comes to Buffalo, he'll bring in a bunch of 2nd rate QBs with the belief that he can make them better.

if he was hired the intensity would go up I promise u that the guy doesnt cheat you he puts in the work and DEMANDS u learn it what more can you ask for

I've consistently heard (over the past couple years) that Philly is Gruden's dream job. If he's going anywhere, that would be my guess.
