Just an OL coach as far as I know. It does make me wonder about Cowher however.

Yes he was, as well as O-Line coach. But he's been fired too, today.

Could be. That title is sometimes (often?) handed to a coach because he then falls under those no-tampering rules like a HC. CIN OL coach Alexander is their asst. HC for that reason.

This may add some credibility to the report but in all my years reading CB's blogs, I can tell you he isn't nearly as plugged into OBD as one may think. I remember him telling us the Bills "big" FA target last FA would be someone like Mark Anderson.

WGR has mentioned this a few times.
There is the Doug Whaley (Steelers) connection, so it makes some sense to me why they would consider him. Could this mean that Whaley is going to be moved up to the GM spot.

Grimm is a name that gets kicked around as a head coach prospect every once in a while. He's definitely an old school type of coach. I'm not thrilled by that thought. I would like to see someone who is a bit younger and more agressive.

Older coach who is not even an OC. His OL in Arizona was always bad for a supposed guru. His name only gets mentioned because he was a HOF player.

If Grimm is truly an option lets hire Gailey in a few days.
