For the next few weeks we have hope. We argue about Cowher and Gruden and Polian. We won't even hear about any cheap candidates for a few more days (maybe even upto a week)!

So enjoy this time, it might be another 3 years before you get to feel this hopeful again.

Not really, once we hired Jauron and Gailey, we all knew we were deluding ourselves. Right now, it's possible that Ralph sells, we get a new GM, a new coach draft a QB and really change the direction of the team.

In a few weeks, most of that hope will be dead but right now it's AWESOME!

Why would Cowher give up a cushy job?

I can see Gruden wanting to come back, he does seem to have the itch to coach again. But are you guys comfortable giving him GM duties?
Thats what he wants, and no one wants to give it to him.

Polian ran the Colts into the ground so I would pass on him.

So...you are saying that it's great to be a Bills fan because we can speculate about how great it would be if we had a real NFL organization?? Because you know that as soon as they start making moves, we will be disappointed once again.

They will probably screw up hiring a coach.

They will probably screw up handling the GM.

They most definitely will screw up drafting a QB.

I guess if you disregard any reason based on past history, yeah...it's a great time to be a Bills fan. :D
