If the Nix is fired I would love for them to go after Marc Ross the director do scouting for the Giants. He was a scout for the Bills a while back and drafted Jason Pierre-Paul (who was a surprise pick), Hakeem Nicks, brought in not drafted Victor Cruz. The Giants have had good picks with him and he is very well liked and respected.

Probably because he is absolutely not proven in the NFL outside of one good year. Also runs a power offense with multiple TEs while we have personnel for a spread and a RB for a spread.

Really? You want the guy for QB that was barely resigned after taking a team with all of the pieces to the Championship game only to later lose his job to a second year QB who quickly took the offense to the next level? If Smith could not get it done when all the pieces were in place, and was outplayed by a second year second round QB, what in the world makes you think he could help the Bills?

You think he could take the Bills to a SB or to another 4-8 win season which will inveriable result in the Bills missing out on yet another great QB prospect. I know you enjoyed the extra win this season against the Jets and the meaningless wins last season, but if you could have it all back wouldnt you prefer a top QB like RG3 or Luck?
