Rooney.I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?"
"Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet.
You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

Reid could very well be their guy... Regardless, I don't think Horton is Buffalo's guy.

I think he's more than a Rooney rule interview.
we have $100 million invested in Mario Williams and likely facing the opportunity of being able to draft T'eo.
give Buddy his one last draft to finish his D... and bring in Horton to put it all together.
id then take a look at Terry Robiskie for offensive coordinator.Comment

- All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done.
