Last time around, the Bills went all-in on a couple of big name coaches and failed. All that was left afterward was Chan. It's good to know that the Bills are getting on board with all kinds of back-up plan candidates so they aren't stuck hiring Bill Callahan or Al Groh.

At this rate somebody is going to tweet that we're interested in Honey Boo Boo for coach.

You heard it here first, honey boo boo's mother June Shannon is going to be interviewed for the job. "This is an unconventional option" says Buddy Nix, but after she served what she calls a great great Glitzy Chop, Mr. Nix said that "this is a groundbreaking hire for the Bills as its the first woman ever, also I like her southern background." President and CEO Brandon is reported as saying that "June sold her daughter on the idea that she should be a beauty queen surely she could convince the Bills faithful that another losing season is actually a good thing. Nix and Brandon then concluded their presser by stating that the fans should renew their season tickets.

IUP alum and former Bill....sounds good.

Kidding aside, we all know Haslett has dreamed about coaching his former team, but with the franchise heading in the right direction with the recent moves, more high profile coaches are interested. I could see Haslett 3 years ago...but not today.

She'd be a great O-line coach.

It'd be worth it if got the opportunity to kick in Terry Bradshaw's head one more time during a pre- or post-game interview.

How has this team been heading in the right direction? Sure talent wise we might be a little better then three years ago but we have a .333% winning percentage over that period of time and we still don't have a viable QB in place. Plus it's Buffalo and it's not that great of a sell to begin with because of the city and mostly our past history as far as lack of trying to win.

Maybe that was their plan along - leak Haslett's name to make everyone fine with Whisenhunt.

I am in agreement with the recent moves of Russ Brandon as Team President and the reports coming out of the interviews we are conducting to get a real coach in here. You need a good head coach AND a good QB, bottom line. Let's start with the coach, then go get us a QB. Our talent on the roster has vastly improved IMO, but the coaching staff didn't have them in the best positions to succeed. We have constantly had the "old school" approach for too long...some fresh blood will do us some good.
