    I Don't Mind The Ray Horton Idea At All

    Any Dick LeBeau disciple who gets players to perform well in that effective attack/blitz D is a major plus. Already has some talent on D to work with but still needs a couple LB's. Would like to think it's just more than the token Rooney rule.

    How often have we seen opposing teams score against our failing D to win at the end of games the last few years ? He could be the cure for that.

    Watching him speak, I can see why people would like him in interviews. 10,000 watt bright . Seems to know what he wants to do.

    He does run a 3-4 D but can run a 4-3.
