Sign me up for Lovie Smith.. He will improve defense.. He will be a better leader on the sidelines then any past Bills coach since Levy !!!
He will get the respect from the players in the locker room day one !!!

Leadership and management of players seems to be not viewed as important as offensive and defensive schemes.

These players need leadership .. They need solid leadership...Focused guy who can bring stablity to the franchise.. Motivate this defense .. Just ask his past players..It's different than liking chan gailey...Plus did the defensive players really like Chan ? LOL...

We missed on John Fox and Marvin Lewis..

We missed on Leslie Frazier..

Don't blow this one..

I don't want a fit for what we have now. What we have now sucks. I want a complete and utter change.

Smith is 10x the coach Gailey is. Of all of the candidates Buffalo has interviewed and is currently scheduled to interview, Lovie Smith has the best proven track record.

I'm on board. Just call me Capt. Stubing.

LOVIE is change .. very different than what we had before. So different in so may ways...We need a leader of men.. Gruden would bring that so would cowher.. Shaw would bring that .. Wisenhunt.. too much of a consevative guy for me..Plus i don't think he is a better leader than Lovie.. I think if we bring in an oc who would be open to do very different things then we would be ok...My main question about Kelly is his lack of NFL experience. and how we would get nfl vets to buy in to him....Plus with better personnel he lost to Shaw .. who i think is a better coach then Kelly... Too bad he is not looking to go to the NFL...

I like the idea if he shows up with an OC that impresses me. I'd be happy with Lovie and Hue Jackson.

Lovie in 6 years is 18 games over 500. I will take that.

One thing he needs to get a new an innovative OC not Tice.

McCoy is my number 1 guy though.

I would love to have Lovie in buffalo the D would be better instantly. It's the offensive side of the ball that scares most away from him.

The permanent token interview.

But I'd take him.

I don't get all the Lovie love. He's a good coach, but I think he's on par with Whisenhunt. I would not be thrilled to go back to the tampa 2 at all. With that being said, I'd be okay hiring either of them.

I'd love this. I feel like Turner will be the OC for the Cowboys when it's all said and done though.

If he does finally take that big crap, it will be the best QB we have had in 15+ years.

The Pats hired Bellichek after he got canned. Tom Coughlin got canned in J'ville before Giants hired him.

Face it, this board doesn't like anyone.

Lovie is everything we wanted Chan to be but wasn't, I'm all for lovie he is even a coach with a winning record. Chan most of the time looked like he got confused on what plays to call, and that he just didn't understand coaching in the NFL takes brains and balls.

Anyone see enough Bears games to know how he is with clock management? I'm so tired of morons who don't manage the clock.

**** Lovie. If they name him coach I hope they go 0-16 for the next 3 years.

Yep. Look at the last two OC's he's hired. Martz and Tice, that's indefensible. Neither of those guys have been relevant in the NFL in years. Or even the mismanagement of the greatest return man in NFL history. People freak out about Spiller on here, look what Lovie did to Hester's career by continually trying to make him a WR.
