According to the fans and media it seems like at this point if you do come to the NFL you will immaculately conceive the greatest QB to ever walk this earth who will lead an unstoppable offensive force that will level mountains and destroy entire cities.

And then when you do retire at 90 after 41 consecutive Super Bowl wins they will build you a car with a bullet proof bubble to drive you around through the masses of worshiping disciples and followers.

But, in the meantime... Like say the next day or so... would you please make an official choice and accept a head coaching job so that the world can continue it's normal everyday drab and uninspired lives?

Thanks,

X

P.S. I'd be OK with you taking the Bills HC job.

https://twitter.com/brianstartare/status/287748074875531264 David Dunn is his agent and doing his job of driving the market up for his client.
People assumed Dunns past relationship with Clevelands new President Joe Banner ( former Eagles President ) indicated he was going to Cleveland. Now he may have leveraged him to get the Eagles to pay more. Ouch.

And maybe the Bills will choose to pay more than anyone else if that's what's driving this.

In my opinion...takes two to tango. Bills playing safety net? Hoping things fall through for Cleveland? But can't see the lack of serious interest from Kelly? I can only guess.

I really dont want chip Kelly. Lovie is the best choice hands down. defense almost 100% set, get Marinelli to coordinate the D, Hugh Jackson for the O. get either Tui from notre dame, or best qb possible at 8 or trade down for a qb they like, but expect to slide. this team is not in bad shape, thanks to Nix.

"OK, now THIS is interesting. I'm told by league source Eagles still planning to meet tomorrow with McCoy and Marrone. So there's that."

So if we believe the latest there is no front runner in the Kelly sweepstakes

I have a feeling Chip might think too highly of himself and is asking for too much. Probably why he walked in the ODB's doors and walked out ten minutes later.

I think Chip Kelly is setting himself up for a huge payday. Now I'm not convinced he's going to excell in the NFL, so whoever signs him is taking a huge gamble and will put a lot of pressure on Chip to get victories. This added stress could easily give Chip Kelly "Saban Syndrome" and screw your team over.

I would honestly prefer Lovie Smith at this point. Or if that's not possible, Ray Horton. Just say no to Whisenhunt.

I think that once Kelly makes the jump to the NFL, he's going to regret it and he won't be all into it. He has it made at Oregon with Nike footing cash for everything and all the recognition and praise he's getting. The NFL could be a shock for him, especially if he comes slow out of the gate. I like Lovie, I think he'll get the defense playing like they should, he has a winning record and from the beginning he wanted Buffalo, not just any head coaching job, but the Bills job.
