If Arizona goes into full on rebuild mode. Could Larry be available via trade? I don't think it's impossible but yes probably unlikely.

Several things and it's a stack up of if's I realize that:

If the Bills get a starting QB from Free Agency
And if the QB rankings from the draft look like a viable QB prospect could be had from the 2nd or 3rd round

What would you trade for Larry Fitz? Would you move a 1st for him?

The thought for me is maybe this is a year where we can't get a franchise QB at 8 (or it seems unlikely) and that our 1st this year is less needed than in most years.

In a F-in minute for a first, where are you going to get a known talent like that ?? The guy is probably top 3 in the league & would make Stevie into a wide-open monster.

it would take more then a first to get Fitz... I don't see it being an option.. just not in hi character to ask for the trade

LOL. Why not trade for Peyton Manning? About the same probability of that occurring.

The Cards just signed Fitzgerald to a 8-year/$120M contract through 2018. He is the face of the franchise and the one marketable entity. They aren't about to trade him, and even if they did the Bills would find it difficult to take on his contract. There are only so many $100M players you can have on a team.

How about get a new QB who can complete a pass of more than 10 yards first?

Nobody is that stupid, well except for Scott Pioli, but he's gone now.

Era I rarely disagree with you, but good God this is an asinine thread.

Doesn't he have a huge cap #? I cant imagine we have very much free space.

Well, trading would accelerate proration onto 2013 Cards cap.......we would take on salary and other bonuses (roster, option, etc)......Bills could restructure his deal to make it more palatable cap wise

If he were to hit the block, I bet the Phins would be all over this.......they would offer a better package because they have extra picks in 2013 draft (2nd and 3rd)
