Doug Marrone-His personality reminds you of which NFL Coach?

After watching Doug's interview, I loved his enthusiasn and intensity and thought to myself, his personality reminds me of Jim Harbaugh with a hint of Bill Parcells who he has worked with in the past. I hope he can trasfer this on the field and bring that to the players and they play hard for him and start winning again. Who does he remind you of?
