All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
This is only a test
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
lets see who was running the show...rex or Pettine. Based on what we know, sounds like a capable hire.
i also like this because he can give our offense insight on how to exploit the jets defense. something we really haven't done much of. sans the last game where the jets were a hot mess, they pretty much have owned us for 3 years. if he swings 2 AFC east games in our favor next year, that'd be a quick sign that he was a good hire.
This is the much better hire of the two coordinators. I mean, I get the Hackett hire. Obviously Hackett and Marrone have a good working relationship and that could cut down on the learning curve. But I was really hoping they would land Pettine. He's young, he's experienced, and branches from a damn good coaching tree.
My next hope is for Marrone to lure away the Saints TE coach Terry Malone. They had a decent working relationship while Marrone was in New Orleans. Mix that with all that has been going on with the Saints, and the fact that Malone's is originally from Buffalo (went to Holy Cross), he might be a shoe in.
I'd also like to see Gill Byrd come in to coach the secondary...but this decision will probably hinge on the opinion of Pettine. And he may have other ideas for the defensive coaching assts.

Yes, it will be real impressive beating a bad Jets team.
