That article says the Flyers are at home against the Penguins.

That means that if the WGR report is true, the Sabres will open in Philly because there is no way the Flyers are going to play Sat night then fly to Buffalo for an afternoon game.

Possibly. Back to back afternoon games seems very unlikely, but I guess there are going to be a lot of unusual things about this schedule.

and Buffalo has Ryan Miller and a ton of crazies who watch, even though they don't make up that big of a rating.

Also I'm happy that the Sabres don't play on the 19th cuz that's our anniversary. I'll actually be able to watch the opener one way or the other.
