He walked gingerly off the ice and to the locker room after it appeared that he might be carted off on a stretcher.

as long as this remains lindy's team, we'll never know why certain decisions are made. i like lindy the guy. but i think lindy the coach needs to give up in buffalo. andy reid left with more success because he was stale.Comment

Well, as it turns out Panik got a 3 game suspension from the AHL for that hit on Girgs.
