Wayne Fontes should not be on that list. Detroit has not done all that much since he was fired. If there are any organizations that are as bad or worse than the Bills its Arizona and Detroit. Fontes is a big reason Detroit was a perennial contender in the nineties. Also, any list that does not include Harvey Johnson, Hank Bullough, and Jim Ringo is insufficient.
