So, WR, OL, and QB coaches plus a few offensive quality control? That seems to be what's left.

Lot of quasi-recent former players.

I'm glad we didn't wait to get our coaching team together, seems like we were almost too proactive.

" They all suck " = Look At Me !

Good. We're miles ahead of other teams making changes.

Yeah cause voicing your opinion on a message board is so frowned upon.

How do we feel about Marrone hiring everybody from Syracuse? It's not like Cuse is a powerhouse.

I wanted Lovie, but I like most of his coordinator decisions.

Oh snap you've followed them all meticulously through their coaching careers? Please, and since I am a simple fan and don't know, please let us know your evaluation and why they were "crap" hires.

Why are they crap, because you never heard of them ? Last year the Bills had a **** load of coaches with names that were recognizable, a lot of good that did them. I'd rather have coaches that the head coach knows he can work with, then bring in a bunch of people that he has no connection with, just because they have NFL experience and are probably looking for a job.

Syracuse fans have absolutely flipped ripping Doug Marrone for taking the coaches. It's nuts I thought they loved the guy now they hope he fails, crazy.

Thanks. Seems they are like maidens hired to do the detail work that others higher up the tree can't be bothered with.

Yeah they have no clue how to play/coach the positions they were hired for. Good call.

Right.

Football is a 4 act play that's been running for over a hundred years - with variations during the years. Doing the same thing - with variations - for over a hundred years.

QC coach positions amount to padding the payroll of an entertainment business. Reminds me of today's movie credits, that roll on and on giving credit to the 3rd assistant executive producer's catering assistant in training on loan from the Stanford Department of Performing Arts Outreach and Culinary Department. Everybody gets a trophy for participating and a ride on the Self-Esteemboat. :baby:

Its being reported that Hackett will be coaching the QBs too. And John Anselmo is leaving Cuse to become SpecialTeams asst.
