The Jaguars have sold nearly 9,500 new season-ticket packages during the offseason, but still may need a fast start on the road this year to avoid some of their home games becoming television blackouts.
Scott Loft, the team's executive director of ticket sales, said he's confident the home opener against Buffalo and the games against Miami and Tampa Bay will be sold out....
