Just something to think about...

The 49ers and Ravens both made major in-season changes, despite being in first place.
The Niners switched quarterbacks. The Ravens canned their OC.

Those changes were huge in both teams getting over the hump and into the Super Bowl.

It just proves that teams should always be trying to get better.

Nah, we should lose out, hope for a better draft pick that we can trade back with, and flop a whole season for an unproven QB.
