View Full Version : Just wondering, why didn't we retain Incognito?

He's starting in the PB over Levitre. Now I know it's a popular contest etc, but it's also player/coach-voted, and the Fins aren't that popular or in the spotlight anyway.

If Levitre is thinking big cash for a new contract, wonder if Incognito's camp would be asking more, less, or about the same.

idk....I remember reports during his time here stating that he supposedly didn't like it in Buffalo, and wouldn't be re-signing.

Thats what I remember also. It was his choice.

Thought the Bills should have immediately offered him an extension when they got him on waivers.

And he wasn't very good.

And he wasn't very good.

Yeah he is. His only problem has been a lack of disipline so he gets a lot of penalties.

A lineman who gets a lot of penalties is good? You're a true genius. Those 5 yard false starts, 10 yard holds, and 15 yards penalties for spitting in peoples faces really deserves praise for his team that did jack **** all season since he helped so much! It's also spelled "discipline".

Yeah, he only made the pro bowl over Levitre, he must suck.

If he didn't want to be here, he didn't want to be here, it's fine. Are there any links to that info though?

But he was more than adequate when he played w/ us.

I don't know if Incognito would win very many popularity contest, he's had the reputation as a dirty player.

He was mad because nobody recognized him in Buffalo.

Right, somewhat indicating the vote was not skewed by him being a nice guy or anything.

Jeff Saturday made the Pro Bowl just before being benched for sucking. OLinemen pro bowls mean next to nothing.

He's consistently been one of the most penalized players in the NFL every year.
