THose are the lowest ranks coaches going. That is where many coaches break into the NFL.
You won't find many veteran coaches in those positions.

Rooting like hell for them to be successful, regardless of where they come from. We've gone down the retread road too many times, might as well try the fresh, new and hungry approach.

the oldschool approach didn't work and it was proven when Wanny didn't know how to stop a rookie qb in Russell Wilson. While it remains to be seen whether they can pull it off, Marrone has assembled a staff that's in touch with how the game has evolved.

The Bills are trying asst. coaches that are evolving with the modern game. I'm sure most would have felt more comfortable with old salts with long resumes but that hasn't done a damn thing for us the last few years.

Grade incomplete but it's got to be given a chance.

As I understand it the main responsibility of quality control coaches is to watch film, lots of it, and break it down to help the rest of the coaching staff and players know what to look for in their opponents and to make corrections in their own play/technique. It gives young, aspiring coaches a good background in film study and a broad exposure to either offense or defense.

I don't get why we thought old school was new school. It just doesn't make any sense. Why in the new nfl, would you use the old school approach? Glad we upgraded

Not many oposing teams do know how to handle a QB like Russell Wilson
