Gr reporting (Facebook) that Thornton got a concussion from his fight with Scott. Might be time to think about hanging them up if he is going to start getting concussions.

You guys take **** way to personal. If Scott could have half the career Thornton has had being an enforcer he'd be very fortunate.
He has 6" on Shawn, that gives him a huge advantage. They'll do it again too, because that's their job.I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?"

It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

Actually I was thinking about it...legal is the wrong word because Scott got 5 minutes for punching him in the head and Thorton got 5 for receiving...I should have said "At least this concussion wasn't from a cheap shot."Originally posted by OpIv37 View PostComment

Yeah, it's personal when one of your goons slashes our top skaters leg out in the playoffs. It's personal when your boy Lucic deliberately runs our goalie and basically tanks our season and then is allowed to wiggle out of it by the league.Originally posted by The King View Post
