the leadership of the Buffalo Sabres must think their fans are ****ing stupid. This team does not play hard nor hustle. They can't handle the forcheck and suck at forechecking. Wow, this team is just horrible. If they didn't have Vanek, they would be winless right now. This team ****ing SUCKS!!!!

The Islanders are simply skating rings around them so far.

So glad we kept Grigs up to play less than 2 minutes of icetime so far with Scott and Hecht.

Leopold is absolutely worthless. Did he touch a stick at all during the lockout?

Sabres still spend 75 % of every game trying to clear the puck out of their own zone. Incredible.

Pegula should extend Ruff and Reiger another 20 years.

A goal that isn't from the Vanek line!

I've seen at least three interference penalties behind the play by the Islanders that weren't called. **** happens but that many misses is inexcusable.

Sabres were outplayed for most of the first 2 periods and will be lucky to get out of this with a win.

And here we go.... Lets see if Miller has it.

Lucky break there

Pominville has had his head up his ass the last two games.

And is Lindy double shifting Vanek? Or was he in the 2nd? I saw him out there with Ennis several times.

Lucky break there- Isles do what the Sabres usually do and take a late penalty down by 1.

We'd have one win without Vanek this year.

****in A. Miller stole this one.

Glad to see back-to-back wins but this was an ugly ass game. It feels like the Toronto win in the second game of the season. Right outcome on the scoreboard, but lots to be concerned about.

Shots were like 43 to 15 Islanders...they were lucky to win this one. Both teams were constantly hitting the post tonight.

15 shots is terrible but we won. This type of play won't work against a great team, maybe they saved they're saving their energy for the Bruins?

Miller's best game of the season, by far.

I have a longer commute now so I've been listening to a lot of NHL radio on Sirius XM. They said last week that Miller needs to step up and steal a win for the team.

He finally did.

Lets see how they respond.

I wonder how bad they will get beaten tonight....7 -1 would be my guess.
