...well, he's trying out for a chance to try out for the Arizona Diamondbacks as part on an MLB Network show. Tim Wakefield is going to teach a bunch of forgettable QBs and Flutie how to throw the knuckleball. The best on the show wins an invite to spring training.

Well, I'm still a big fan of his (as should be obvious, yes the misspelling of his name was intentional) but this is just gimmicky and idiotic.

Flutie used to be a pitcher for some intramural league in the Boston area. Not sure if he still is but he clearly still has a passion for baseball.

I don't know Charlie Hough threw 3800 ML innings at 5'9. Flutie's got 3/4 of an inch on him.

I say sign him for our QB get would get the best we have even at his age he's better then Fitz
