From PFT: Vick and the Eagles have agreed on a restructured 1-year deal, keeping him in Phily. I know a bunch of people were talking about bringing him in this season, but looks like he is off the market.

Main thing is that it means we won't have to put up with any more 'sign Vick' threads for some considerable time.
The obsession with him is baffling to me, he's close to being one big hit away from being a basket-case through multiple concussions, yet people act as if he's just entering the NFL, with all his physical tools still intact.
