    Cowboys considering running back in draft

    IRVING - Former Georgia Tech tailback Tony Hollings is on the Cowboys' radar heading into today's NFL supplemental draft.

    However, the Cowboys haven't decided if they will act upon their interest.

    Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and vice president Stephen Jones said the team is trying to make up its mind regarding Hollings, a talented but largely unproven tailback who led NCAA Division I rushing after four games last season before tearing a ligament in his left knee.

    "We haven't come to a decision yet," Jerry Jones said. "We are continuing to get information on Hollings. But there is not a lot of information on him because he only played four games at running back in his career."

    With career backup Troy Hambrick the favorite to replace Emmitt Smith as the starter, the Cowboys are interested in adding a running back.
