What can we reasonably expect in 2013? What does the spread look like for Bills first-year coaches and for the league?

*note: first year of a head coach for a respective team, not the first year they've ever head coached in the NFL (i.e. Andy Reid in KC would be counted)

Here's what to look for in a 1st year coach-Improvement as the season goes on. A 1st year coach who has a team playing well at the end of the season is a Super Bowl threat as early as in his 2nd season. 2nd year coaches who have won the Super Bowl in their 2nd season as HC of the team have the following number of wins (1st # is the season before they arrived, 2nd # is their 1st season, & 3rd number is the wins the year they won the Super Bowl)
Billick: 6-8-12
Belichick*: 8-5-11 Future HOF
Tomlin: 8-10-12
Switzer: 10-12-12
Gibbs: 6-8-8(strike year 8-1)HOF
Third year coaches to win a Super Bowl:
Parcells HOF
Walsh HOF
Shanahan*
Shula* HOF (with Miami, reached NFL championship game in his 3rd year in Baltimore)
Vermeil*

*-with 2nd team, not 1st NFL head coaching job.
