Both teams are struggling....
I seen some good today for skate.
Sabres 3-1
Sabres got some rest and were basically practice back to the hotel with families today!!!!

i think the new coach will fix some of the BS we've been seeing all season, but I dont think it will happen in 2-4 games / overnight like people thought it would.

last 2 losses, they've skated better, showed more effort, but the mistakes just cost them.

everyone one of my coaches reemed into our minds to NEVER pass from behind the net to the front in the DZone, but Myers did it 3 times in the last loss. and Poms did it countless times.

Well I seen a lot the past 2 days when they were in Tampa!!!
1 thing I will say u don't miss Roy because Steve Ott is the leader of this team...
Little insight, Pegula is on this trip and he said te past few weeks have been hell....
Sabres and the families have a little fun time in Ft Lauderdale tomorrow....

Big thing is this team lost confidence and playing scared!!!!
When u play scared u make mistakes...

Ok for trades....

Stafford, Gerbe, Leopold, etc...
1 thing I did hear most teams are asking for foligno In a package deal!
Just telling u what is going on!!!!

I will say Miller is going know where!!!!!

There are very few players I would consider trading Foligno for..........we have plenty of solid prospects to trade

I would still rather have Derek Roy, better player, better scorer, more of a player the Sabres actually need. Ott will be Paul Gausted by next season, just nice to have around and take up space.

I don't miss Roy at all. He hit his max potential and is on the way down. Ott/Pardy for Roy wasn't really good value, but Hodgson/Sulzer for Kassian/Gragnani makes up for it. Whatever ails the Sabres, Roy isn't the answer.
