Flowery Branch -- After Bryan Scott signed a contract with the Falcons Thursday, his agent was a bit miffed by the ease with which it happened.
Then again, Tony Agnone also represents defensive end Patrick Kerney, who in the midst of last season got a lucrative seven-year contract extension.
So Agnone wasn't exactly shocked after the Falcons' top draft pick signed a five-year deal with a signing bonus of about $1.25 million. That made Scott, a cornerback, one of a handful of the NFL's second-round picks who've signed....
